Transferring to a University
The Detroit Promise currently has 13 transfer partners for students to choose from. To be eligible, students must have attended a partnering community college as Detroit Promise students and meet the transfer eligibility criteria shown in the chart below.
Note: Transfer students should apply to the college they are interested in and complete a Transfer Application. University scholarships cannot be transferred to another university.
