  • You must have a Valid and Unique Email Address
    • Existing email addresses in the database will no longer be accepted for new registration. You cannot register twice.
  • Unique ID
    • The system generates an ID in the database. This is based on the first name, last name, and date of birth. If you previously registered using another email, we recommend you to stick with your first email address.
  • Date of Birth (DOB)
    • High School Students - cannot be more than 24 years ago and cannot be less than 12 years ago.
    • K-8th Parents (DOB of the student) - cannot be more than 16 years ago and cannot be less than 3 years ago.
  • SAT and ACT Scores
    • SAT – The score must be a number, and it shouldn't be higher than 1600.
ACT – The score must be a number, and it shouldn't be higher than 36.

Please make sure to check your email after registering and set your password through the link included in the email.

Please check the spam or junk folder of your email. It is default for most email services to filter unfamiliar mailers.

This is likely because the login credentials you entered did not match the records of any registered user. There are two possible causes:

  • You are not yet registered.
  • The email or password you are entering is incorrect. The email address is not case sensitive, but the password is.

If you forgot your password, you can use the reset password link on the login page, given you have already setup your password. Refer to question #2.
